How to Make Snappy Ginger RumChata

For an adult version of cookies and milk, we spiced this shake with gingersnaps and spiked it with creamy sweet liqueur.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gingersnaps
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 oz. vanilla-flavored vodka
  • 2 oz. RumChata liqueur

Instructions

  • In blender, pulse gingersnaps until finely ground. Transfer 2 Tbs. to small bowl; reserve.
  • To blender, add ice cream, ice cubes, vodka and RumChata; cover. Puree until smooth. Divide among glasses; sprinkle with remaining gingersnaps.
